10:00 a.m. 4-H Showmanship Show followed by Pre 4-H immediately after.
1:00 p.m. Holstein Dairy Show (includes 4-H conformation)

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Exhibitor Information
- Insurance: All exhibitors must provide with entries, insurance company name, policy number, expiry date and proof of at least $2million liability coverage.
- Parking: Limited parking on the grounds, parking stickers for livestock vehicle must appear in the truck or trailer window, or vehicle will be towed at the expense of the owner.
- Substitutions: when an animal is unfit to show. Three exhibitors and 24 exhibits per breed or only 50% of the prize money will be paid. Classes 1 to 4 exhibits per breeding unit are restricted to a maximum of two classes. There is no restriction on multiple exhibits in classes 6 to 10. Maximum total eligible animals from a breeding unit is 12 exhibits to allow a 4-H member to show their current animal in an open class. A copy of the Code of Ethics for Dairy Shows will be available from the Committee Chairperson as reference if required.

In other words, the exhibitor may be 'joint owner/ of an animal and/ or 'joint breeder' of an animal, must be from one farm or breeding unit. |

1. | Herdsman Special Prize: $50 Awarded for Excellence in overall presentation of exhibit for judging and viewing by the general public. Special emphasis on cleanliness of animals and stalls. |
