2026 Richmond Fair Parade

From the field at South Carleton High School the Parade will turn right and travel north on Mcbean Street for just over 1km to Perth Street. At Perth street the Parade will turn right onto Perth Street past the main entrance to the Fair Grounds. The Parade will then turn right onto Colonel Murray Street from Perth Street where the parade will move south towards Hamilton Street where it ends.

The staging area for the parade is on the front sports field at South Carleton High School. Located at 3673 McBean Street at the south end of the village of Richmond. We would like to have everyone in the staging area ready to go at 10:0am on Saturday September 19th so we can complete our judging prior to the start of the parade and to ensure no one gets caught up in the Parade route's road closures. The Parade will start at 11:00 am sharp.

Free parking for all your members is available on the Ottawa street side of the highschool, or at the rear of the highschool with access from either Ottawa Street or Burke Street. The city of Ottawa will be posting No Stopping signs along Mcbean street so parking is not available along Mcbean or at the front of the sports field.

A wheelchair accessible porta potty will be provided at the front field at South Carleton for the use of the Parade Participants.
