EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Deadline for entries: Friday, September 11th, 2026
Entries should be submitted via AssistExpo (https://www.assistexpo.ca/richmond-on). If unable to submit via AssistExpo, please contact johannae.kavanagh@gmail.com
Entry Fees: $10 per class per entry
Stalls available for a $10 deposit which will be returned at the end of the day pending stall is cleaned out
Late entries can be done the day of the show. Late entry fees will be $12 the day of the show.
**NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED**
All exhibitors must provide with entries proof of insurance (minimum $2M liability) with company name, policy number and expiry date.
By law, riders under the age of 18 are required to wear an approved equestrian helmet at all times when they are riding, but helmets are not just for kids! We strongly recommend that all riders wear a helmet.
Exhibitor Parking: Once registered, an exhibitor pass will be sent to the contact listed on entry. Exhibitor pass covers one driver with truck or trailer plus one passenger. Any and all additional passengers will pay gate admission.
Trucks and trailers must enter at Gate 6, off of Huntley Road. Parking is located along the residential subdivision fence adjacent to the Western Ring (Derby area). Signs will be posted.
All other vehicules are to park in the general parking locations outside of the Fair Grounds.
Vehicle and handicap parking will be available in Lion's Park parking lot by the entrance off Huntley Road. Vehicles on the grounds without proper permits will be towed at the expense of the owner.
Prize Money: 1st $30; 2nd $25; 3rd $20; 4th $15; 5th $10
